What’s piles ?
Dilatation of radicles of rectal veins among the anal canal is termed piles.The medical term for piles is hemorrhoids.Compared to arteries veins are weak due to skinny walls and hence any backpressure in the veins will build them tortuous.There are 3 rectal veins specifically superior, middle and inferior rectal veins.Any obstructions or increase of pressure in these veins will predispose piles.
Depending upon true there are 2 sorts of piles.
one) External piles. a pair of) Internal piles.
one) External piles:-

two) Internal piles:-

In external piles the swelling will be felt round the anal orifice.In case of internal piles initially it can not be felt.When the disease progresses the piles protrude during stool and can go inside automatically.When the condition becomes worse the protruded piles will not return in to the anus.
four) In some cases there can be discharge of mucus with itching round the anal orifice.
Complications of piles:–
one,Infection: The infection will spread to deep veins ensuing in septicaemia.
two,Fibrosis: Here the piles become fibrosed with hardening of anal orifice.
3,Thrombosis: Here the blood inside the piles will type clots and can hinder blood flow.
four,Gangrene: Here the tissues within the piles and nearby skin die because of lack of blood supply.
five,Suppuration: When the piles suppurate it can turn out abscess with discharge of pus.
Treatment of piles:–
Initially it’s treated on the basis of symptoms.Constipation ought to be treated.If there’s anaemia iron ought to be give.Homoeopathic medicines can offer smart results. If medicinal treatment is not giving any result the subsequent will be tried.
