Hi Everyone
You made it! You are here. Every journey starts with that initial step so I applaud you for taking your first step in what I know can be a fun and life changing journey towards health and happiness. I plan to take all uncertainty and obscurity out of:
- dieting nutrition
- losing weight (products, programs and guides)
- developing muscle (products, programs and guides)
Health and wellness is rapidly escalating to the top of most individuals priority list. Men, women and children are all being affected by the near epidemic ascent we are witnessing in obesity rates.
And of course, not all folks are looking to go down in weight and slim up. There are many people on this planet that would like nothing more than to put on some weight, bulk up and add some muscle to their frame.
What we are experiencing because of this is an ever developing expansion of ‘vogue’ diets, ‘celebrity’ weight loss programs and radical, be like Arnold, muscle building programs.
The corridor leading to health and wellness and better fitness and nutrition has never seen this much overcrowding and these many obstacles. My intent is give you a guiding light that will assist you pilot this vast ocean of information and help you arrive safely to your personal goal. It is very important for you to understand that every individuals destination is going to be individual specific and unique just as each goal is. That is the reason that there is not one all-powerful universal weight loss diet that is practical for everyone and not one universal gym workout that will put muscle on everyone.

If you were to do a simple search today on the internet for anything linked to diets, weight loss or muscle building, you could almost certainly exhaust 8 hours a day for the next five years and still not read all the findings your search would produce. Albeit it may look like a positive idea to have all that information, remember that because the internet is basically free for any person to use, you will undoubtedly come across an incredible amount of rubbish and sites built by people that have entirely no idea what they are talking about or are strictly inspired by reasons other than wanting to help out people.
So much of the information out there is not only incorrect, I have also encountered a significant amount of information which I feel can in reality be unsafe or detrimental to superior health and wellness. One of the first concepts that comes into a person’s mind when they want to burn some fat or lose some weight is the word diet; a word I am not exceedingly affectionate of. I dislike this word because along with it, people have this preconceived conception that it is something with a rigid commencement date and a rigid termination date. I hate to be the one that deflates your balloon but if you truthfully want to accomplish lasting and sustainable health and fitness success, you need to begin assessing the lifestyle changes you are going to put into action for the long haul.
Consider this for a short moment; are you going to stop going to the gym because the same routine you have learned by heart is getting monotonous and dreary for you or do you believe it makes more sense to learn the science and technicalities behind what you are doing so that not only can you easily employ variety into your routine, you can also sustain it long-term? And once you are capable of fitting into that special attire or glide comfortably into those jeans, are you going to regard your ‘weight loss program’ a triumph only to return to the awful customs that got you to the point where all your beloved clothing were a couple of sizes too small or will you at a minimum learn the fundamentals behind nutrition so that you get into the pattern of putting the appropriate ‘fuel’ into your body at the appropriate time?
Even though it is very significan to have and achieve near terms goals, when it correlates to your diet and fitness, you really should be concentrating on the big picture and that is a life time of triumph.
If you are willing to let yourself become a learner and you are prepared to fill your head with some good information and education, then you are prepared to let your amazing voyage begin. I wish you the best of luck… WAIT! No I don’t; luck has zero to do with this and you are definitely not going to need it to realize your goals. You have all that you need right here.
Your Certified Personal Trainer is my way of sharing all the excellent and useful education I have obtained over the years and continue to obtain to this day. Lack of education is the vile little scoundrel behind so many of the dieting, fat reduction and muscle development tribulations that a lot of individuals are facing today and my objective is to have a free resource that any human being, regardless of age, sex or gender, can turn to. I am not looking to just educate; I hope that I am also able to motivate and inspire.
I hope that you enjoyed this commentary. Additionally, I have a review of one of the best Weight Loss and Muscle Development products that I strongly recommend you check out here: Vince DelMonte’s No NonSense Muscle Building Review.
